Multi-agency working
Effective multi-agency working has been identified as crucial to the successful delivery of the five Every Child Matters outcomes and the successful provision of integrated Children's Services.
As the leaders in this field of development, Castlewood Consulting has collaborated with the National College of School Leadership on the design and delivery of a multi-agency team development programme. This involved us working closely with strategic and operational teams from extended schools, school clusters, local authorities and children’s centres.
The successful experience from this and our work with the development directorate of the TDA, local authorities, the DfES, individual school and Sure Start teams has provided us with a skilled and knowledgeable team of consultants, facilitators and trainers who are able to able to support clients develop their strategies and teams in order break down the barriers to successful multi-agency working.
Our programmes have successfully delivered the following outcomes:
