Our team
The infrastructure of our company is based upon a consultancy model. The Principals are Directors, and all other members of staff are self-employed but work with CCL as Associates of the Company. The majority of our Associates are based in the UK (from Scotland to Torquay) and work nationally.
Our team comprises over 30 high-quality facilitators, trainers, consultants, actors, programme and project managers with experience from a broad range of public services, including: local government, schools, local education authorities, the health service, social care, youth justice, further and higher education.
